CDROM Boot Image insanity

The boot.cat file is _created_ by mkisofs.  From your man page excerpt:

>    This file will be inserted
>    into the output tree and not created in the  source  filesystem,
>    so  be  sure  the  specified  filename does not conflict with an

If there was a boot.cat in the tree that the ISO image is built from, it
would be a problem.
