Its part of some GNOME packages iirc, but that said, it could be more
prominent
Gnopernicus, is great, and getting used to it with festival might be a
little difficult, but you'll get the hang of it

Submit an RFE to Bugzilla, and I'm sure this can be fairly easily fixed
