FC2 SRPMS

Hi,

It seems I can only find latest development SRPMS on the main download
server at download.fedora.redhat.com.
I couldn't use 'apt-get source <package>' for retrieving.
Is this a case of
do-not-mirror-too-much-or-the-bandwidth-effect-will-be-lost?
Does anyone know a valid entry for my sources.list?
