FC2T3 Xkb problem

This bug report explains hoy to get rid of the error. I had to comment 
out the line that Mike Harris referred to, relating to the XKB warning.

With a fresh install, you do not need to comment out anything. There is 
not a popup message on fresh installs or development installs.
