Problems FC2 test2 update the FC2 test1 in postgresql 7.4

Hi:   Im have problems when startup Database
postgresql , the messages is:

[root at toshiba ]# service postgresql start

An old version of the database format was found.\nYou
need to upgrade the data
format before using PostgreSQL.\nSee (Your System's
documentation
directory)/postgresql-7.4/README.rpm-dist for more
information.

Iam read this file, both not find one solution for my
problem


Helpme please, Any Idea?
