When Red Hat updates to Postfix 2.1 (currently in release candidate stage,
so it probably won't make FC2, but should FC3), it includes support for
policy daemons. Those are used to implement SPF (and lots of other things).

Whether it's a good idea for SPF to be enabled is a whole other question,
though ;-)
