encrypted filesystem support in FC2

The problem is that libdevmapper in device-mapper-1.00.14-1.0 now
requires libselinux, but Christophe's configure.in hasn't been updated
to know that.

I speak autoconf, so I'll fix this and provide patches for Christophe.
Expect updates RPMs from me within a day or two.
