Gnome error on startup

Started getting this error or doing updates from rawhide this morning...

An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for
gnome-panel. Some of your configuration settings may not work properly.

Then once clicking on details this is what it says..

"Configuration server couldn't be contacted: CORBA error:
IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0"
