smart link modem in compaq x1000 don't work

In my laptop compaq x1217ap, used modem
00:1f.6 Modem: Intel Corp. 82801DB (ICH4) AC'97 Modem Controller (rev 01)

in FC1 that used kernel2.4 modem is running well, 
but in FC2 test2 that used 2.6 the driver slmodem-2.9.6 in the log messages

I try to switch to enforcing -> permissive -> disabled, but none is working

what's problem, kernel2.6 from fedora? or something I missing about?
