Unfair comparison... you should look at the options in sendmail.mc
(although I like to use sendmail.cf "raw" myself ;-)).

I have to say I'm biased, as I wrote sendmail.cf files from scratch in
the days that we used mixtures of domain name addresses and UUCP bang
paths, so I'm still dreaming this syntax (or are that nightmares ;-) ?).

Still, functionality and quality are the main issues, not easiness of
GUI's - let's leave that as a focus for "the other part of the world".
(Which doesn't mean I don't like to see good GUI's being added to Linux
for people that want to use them.)
