FC2T3 post date and FTP mirrors

installing from the isos has the benefit of testing the installer and
providing a clean testing environment to start from.
Rawhide/development is fc2t3 right now - but it could be nicer.

downloading the isos from mirrors just saturates mirrors. Use the
torrent.
