Downloading the 4GB DVD iso

Last night, my BT started downloading at 1.5KB/s, but by the time it was
finishing,
I was getting 315KB/s download (on cable), but I was only uploading at
15KB/s.
After the download was finished, It was then uploading at 70KB/s!
BTW. My best download rate has been 356KB/s!

So its not BT thats slow.
