FC2T3 - Red Hat in rpm summaries

Every instance of "Red Hat Linux" probably should be replaced, this was
being done in other packages.. but instances of 'redhat' should most/all
stay.  These should probably be put into bugzilla on low priority, each
one separate for the package with the name "Red Hat Linux" used.
