Evolution Contacts - copy from 1.4.x to 1.5.9.x

IIRC it should automatically migrate when you first run the new
Evolution

You may want to back up your ~/evolution folder first; Evolution 1.5.*
stores its stuff in ~/.evolution so in theory it won't touch the 1.4
stuff; I took a backup when I did it myself....
