Dependancies still missing from rawhide

Output of rpm -qa for curl and libcroco please

I had the same issue, so a manual install (rpm -ivh) allowed me to just
update to the latest tree on my box not too long ago. They were
installed as well on mine, just that it was an older version - your
mirror might be out of sync
