no longer updating header.info?

header.info on the download servers haven't been updated since 4-Aug.
(I've checked on download.fedora.redhat.com and mirrors.kernel.org)

Yum (yum-2.0.7-3) believes it has nothing to download.....

Is there some other process that I'm missing, or is the build process
forgetting to update header.info, etc.?
