Thank you for the info.

Browsing the ibiblio mirror, I saw cyrus-imapd-utils-2.2.3-2.i386.rpm
which contains the cyradm (among others) utility.  I cannot say if this
is on the FC2/T1 ISOs as I do not have them here.
