Will mysql 4 be in FC2?

As there is a feature freeze before Fedora goes into testing the answer
is quite obviously no.

The reasons why have been discussed recently on either the fedora-list,
the fedora-devel-list or this list. Iirc "mysql 4" was part of the
subject. Search the archives for details.
