XFree86 Mouse error after rawhide updates

I am not sure what the "right" fix is but I have submitted a bug report 
against system-config-mouse 
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=116118) since it 
invoked when the problem occurs and against system-config-display 
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=116180) since it 
continues to use /dev/psaux even if /dev/mouse->input/mice

Even system-config-display --reconfig does not work
