- Update to 2.6.3-bk7
- Change a slew of config options to match those in arjanv's kernel.
  Lots of "surely no-one is using this anymore" options are now
disabled,
  along with lots of "this is broken anyway" options.
- Numerous fixes to various modules to fix panics on unload.
