Looks like your mkinitrd is device-mapper-compatible, but you're not
installing a kernel that supports the device-mapper module.  That's
2.6 only.  It's supposed to be harmless, but you might want to report
it if you're using the latest mkinitrd from arjan's or FCdeveloment
tree.  If not, maybe grab the latest and try again?
