gimp - conflicts trying to upgrade - (fc2-test repo)

I assume that you have got libcroco from FC devel and now gimp from
FC2-updates-testing (which is newer than the gimp in FC devel) conflicts
with it, so either switch off the FC2 repos or switch off the FC devel
one and downgrade your libcroco.
