So is RFC1700.txt. Although nearly ten years old and now badly out of
date, this "Internet Standard 2" remains the most comprehensive single
list of services. Its editor, Jon Postel, was _the_ Internet Assigned
Numbers Authority (IANA). Jon died of a heart attack in October 1998
before he could update it. (See also Vint Cerf's RFC2468.txt.)
