HOWTO for a simple install of Cyrus

We updated from uwimap to dovecot, as dovecot uses mbox format by
default, but creates it's own indexes (in the .imap subdirectory) to
speed things up. You can use procmail, or what ever other mbox
compatible program to play with your mbox files, and dovecot will
automatically update it's indexes. Faster than uwimap and more
compatible than cyrus.
