It is likely that you are running newer versions of the libgal2 and 
gtkhtml3 packages. The libgal2 and gtkhtml3 packages were rolled back to 
earlier versions when evolution was rolled back to an earlier version. 
Since they are earlier versions, they will not install automatically. 
You can force the old packages to install by downloading them and then 
running "rpm --upgrade --old-packages libgal2-*.rpm gtkhtml3-*.rpm".
