cpuspeed error on boot

It happens because the cpu-freq-scaling driver is not
loaded. Depending upon the machine (laptop) - the correct driver can
be added to /etc/cpuspeed.conf

For eg: for Pentium-M, the following can be added in /etc/cpuspeed.conf
DRIVER="speedstep-centrino"

And most desktop CPUs don't support any such speedstep cpu scaling
anyway - so this service can be stopped.
