Call for a real Minimal install, remove the bloat!

This was one of the reasons which led to the foundation of the RULE (run
up2date Linux everywhere). Go to http://www.rule-project.org/en/ and get
the newest Slinky installer at
http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/rule/slinky/ , it will give you a
*real* minimal install. I'm not sure, though, if it already is
compatible with FC.
