Looking for working cups config

Any one here with a similar setup:
FED2 test 1, cups, with (HP) printer connected to a winxp machine on the
local network.  Using the samba(smb) connection thru cups.

I'm having no luck at setting up cups ..though its always been easy to
do in the past using `system-print-config (or predecessors).

I'd like to see /etc/cups/cupsd.conf /etc/cups/printers.conf
and any related files under  /etc/cups/ppd/*

If its not too much of a privacy breach, please send me those files.
