"all packages are currently up to date"

I get that a lot too; in fact I'm getting it right now.
I thought it had something to do with headers.info being updaed before 
the packages get added, but I just checked and the packages are there 
(at mirrors.kernel.org at least). I get the same message for any of the 
mirrors I try. It always seems to be fixed by the next time I boot into 
Linux , though that it usually hours later).
Anyone else seeing this?
