vsftpd problem

Hi,

Another "since going the install on Saturday" problem. vsftpd will not
allow me to login. I get the following error

500 OOPS: cap_set_proc
Login failed.
Remote system type is Login.

Worked fine prior to the install. For the install, I downloaded the rpms
from the fedora ftp site and installed the lot.
