kernel 349 avail from updates, but 327 in rawhide

There have been problems with kernel builds later than 327 on x86_64 (at
least for me).. and actually 327 breaks for me too, but in a different
way (on my home workstation, works fine at work).

That could be why the later kernels aren't in development.....

or they could just be running behind : )
