Closed HTTP port 80 - Can not open it

If the firewall is not running it can not be your problem.

As people pointed out, the server you mention in another post does not
exist in DNS (ie the name is unknown on the internet). That is your
problem. Did you register the domain? Did you register it with DNS (ask
your ISP)?

You can try to reach your server by IP address and see if that works.

Another thing that could block connections to the servers are
tcpwrappers (see /etc/hosts.deny and -.allow), but in the default setup
these do not prevent connections, so if you didn't touch them you should
be fine.
