eth0 problems at boot time !!!

It looks like your network card is setup to receive an IP address via
DHCP.
Check to see in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 has a
BOOTPROTO=dhcp in it.  if it does, change the value to static, e.g.

BOOTPROTO=static
