k3b - where is k3bsetup?

I haven't had a problem - but I have a very fast machine.  The reason is,
like it said.  I suppose on older hardware it might be important.  Also, my
burner has overburn protection.

There is also the minor issue that it doesn't display buffer fill, I don't
know if this is related or not.
