GTK Save dialog - creating folder broken

FC2 Test 3 with latest updates:

The new GTK save dialog doesn't refresh the list of folders after choosing
"Create Folder".  The folder gets created but I have to navigate out of
the folder and then back to it before it's visible.

Try Epiphany or GEdit to reproduce.  Incidentally why don't apps like
GIMP, Gnumeric and Abiword use the new dialog yet?  Isn't GIMP the testbed
for the new GTK?  Strange.
