FC2T3 Korean KDE support

So far I have no success with KDE in FC2T3. I reinstalled FC2T3 with only
English language. Then everything works fine.

It occurred to me that Korean language somehow makes a mess with KDE.
However I just don't know how to fix this but want to report this so that
the final FC2 would fix this in time.
