VNC server won't Start??

]# /sbin/service vncserver status
Xvnc is stopped
]# /sbin/service vncserver start
Starting VNC server:                                       [  OK  ]
}# /sbin/service vncserver status
Xvnc is stopped

As you can see above, this is what I get with two different boxes, 
trying to run vnc,
on Fedora2Test3.

vnc-4.0.1.beta4.11.i386.rpm
vnc-server-4.0.1.beta4.11.i386.rpm

It did work okay until a update, back when, only heaven knows.
Any Ideals???
