Token Ring driver not compiled in FC2

Found that ibmtr.c will not compile. Line 865 ...

	add_wait_queue(&ti->wait_for_reset, &__wait)

is missing the ; at the end of the line. It compiles now and so does
ibmtr_cs.c which was dependent on ibmtr.c

I will have to wait until the morning when I get back to work to try the
driver out.
