download the kernel-XXX.src.rpm
rpm -ihv kernel-XXX.src.rpm
edit the spec in /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/kernel-XXX.spec so that
	%define buildsource 1

then rpmbuild -ba --target=noarch /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/kernel-XXX.spec
