5 second cpu spike in FC3T3

ok, you'll never believe this...
it *was* gkrellm itself, however this was hard to find out...
because, if I unloaded gkrellm I still saw a spike in top.
so I went thru one by one of every option in gkrellm.
and *who* decided my battery status needed to be updated every 5 seconds
*exactly*??? not me.

anyway, I have it set much higher now, spike is gone.

weird thing though, that killing gkrellm didn't take the spike away.
only when I changed the battery status monitor timing did the spike
finally die.

oh well, another one solved.
