apache problem?

I too am having trouble with this. I attempted the command below, and got
nothing but a bunch of "Operation not supported" errors. In my
environment, we are using NIS, with NFS mounted /home, so I'm guessing
this has something to do with it? Is there a way around this,, or does
anyone have any other suggestions?
