FC3 test 3 and xdmcp access

Via the gui, the check mark is still present, which should let me access 
my box via XDMCP. 
But it does not.  I'm assuming that a package upgrade disabled XDMCP, 
turned it off, where their is no link between the gui configuration and 
the actual functionality.  It seems to be broken. 

Has anyone else been able to confirm this ??
