Just a quick side note: It's quite likely that actually getting your
computer back on the FC3 updates track will fix your CD troubles
(without mucking around with ide-scsi or anything like that), apparently
the version of udev in the release was a bit quirky with a bunch of CD-
ROMs. The new version is also faster in my experience.
