I would think that at this point it is better directed at either fedora-users, 
or fedora-devel (or even fedora-selinux), depending on content.

However, for issues like the ide-cd driver, they are obviously ongoing and 
continue to affect rawhide as well as FC3, and as such I'd think they're 
topical here as well.
