Well, I will admit to not having used MS Office for a while. <grin> I
really don't recall it being on for MSO 2K or earlier, though. Still,
regardless of memory there is always the chance of being mistaken.

For most users, sure. Personally, I like hitting Save when I'm done with
a paragraph or concept, not necessarily at fixed time intervals. That
way I know that the last save makes sense. But hey... for most users,
sure.
