Wastebasket icon error with Gnome

I've noticed this image error.
When the Wastebasket is empty, the icon is the default Bluecurve. If I try 
to move something to the Wastebasket, the icon changes and becomes with the 
Gnome default theme.

Bluecurve problem, or icon missing...
