FC3T2 - How to reinstall GRUB after boot problem... RTFM didn't help.

I'm no expert, but I have successfully re-installed grub, but I never
put an "=" in this command. Otherwise this is how I remember it
working.
do you get the prompt sh# or was it bin-sh# ?
