Yes, I saw this as well. My solution was to --exclude the initscripts --
at least for the first run through, then go and do the initscripts rpm
by hand.

Turns out runuser is in /sbin and not /bin. Seems someone's typing
finger slipped? Is it initscripts or coreutils that needs th fix?
