question about rawhide mozilla packaging on x86_64

The current set of "rawhide" for x86_64 includes
mozilla-nspr-1.7.3-13.i386.rpm
mozilla-nss-1.7.3-13.i386.rpm
but these two cannot be installed and/or updated without
'mozilla-1.7.3-13.i386.rpm' which is missing (earlier versions were
present but vanished a while ago).  I know that I can just add and
install that from i386 but it seems that all three should be either
absent or present together in a consistent set.  Do I miss
something?
