Perhaps because it works with udev-032.

wait_for_sysfs of udev (034, I don't check 035) only look
for /sys/class/sound/controlC0/dev .
But perhaps it's a kernel or driver bug.
Is it normal to have /sys/class/sound/controlC0/dev in place before the
driver is available ?

Should I file a bug report ?
To udev or kernel ?
